⦁ Wave power is viable due to location - team is exploring logistics.
⦁ 2 dedicated fibre lines to be added - terms agreed
⦁ Modular design with reinforced floors, High Density Racks for AI Training, inference and Machine learning, ⦁ Direct to chip liquid cooling.
Current position. Exploring Pre-sale/Pre-leases on a Shell sale basis - Racks to be in place.
