Cyber Security Testing Data Center

Data center dedicated to Cyber security testing. Enables cyber attack and defence on 'physical' DC infrastructure - not sandbox testing. Client is seeking $2m equity investment for Pilot. Costs will be kept to a minimum by initially focusing testing on legacy core servers - ie those used by corporates but then to expand to include cyber attack and defence on high performance compute.

Expressions of interest for a key stakeholders, have been issued to the following sectors - Cyber, Defence, Financial Services and Legal.

A leased site has been identified and can be brought under control quickly via option agreement. Strong Council support.

The world's first renewable powered, fully Isolated, cyber security, software & Infra testing Data Center – with a Digital Twin. BlackVault is seeking expressions of interest from strategic partners to deliver the pilot project within one year – on a modular DC basis. This unique initiative will deliver state-of-the-art physical infrastructure in an isolated environment for the following purposes: 1. Real-life cybersecurity attack and defence testing – on a real DC and Renewable power infra not sandbox simulated. 2. Renewable hardware and software testing 3. GPU and server benchmarking 4. Cooling system testing and optimisation 5. Data Centre software and energy management testing 6. Testing of broader data Centre innovations including modular housing, cabling, and system resilience. The DC will prove invaluable for corporates such as Banks to role play how their cyber team defend against attacks using a real Data center not one simulated in the cloud. DC infra and software suppliers will be able to use the site to test how their products integrate with other manufacturers in a real environment connected to Solar, wind and BESS. This DC will not offer commercial Data or AI services – It will be built for and dedicated to, testing the latest global innovations. The specs will be High Density Racks, Liquid Cooling full AI and ML ready i.e. It will emulate its peers - the very latest DCs which are being built now. BlackVault will be primarily powered by its own solar farm, low rise wind turbines and battery energy storage system (BESS), with no dependency on the national grid. It will also serve as a microgrid simulator for realistic national infrastructure scenarios. A digital twin will allow access for academia and corporate innovation teams. We expect strong interest from defence, government, corporate, and academic sectors globally.
